During one-on-one readings, I connect with your guides and plant spirit allies (the herbs that most want to work with you) to convey their intuitive messages, as well as how to to use them and specific herbal preparations for daily use.
Each session is different and I may connect with herbs and plants, psychic energies around you, loved ones, or a combination of all three.
What to expect from your session…
I offer both 30-minute and hour-long sessions are through Zoom. During our time together, I will walk you through a brief grounding meditation then drop into deep listening to hear the messages and convey the wisdom your guides have for you.
At the end, I will provide you with information on each plant that comes through, how to use it, and how it wants to be in relationship with you.

Together we will transmute blocks and “stuck” energy and emotions in the body and help you develop detailed herbal knowledge, build your own relationship with the plants, and feel confident integrating herbal medicine into your life.
